Jolie Rittenberry-Kraemer, M.A., AMFT is a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT 144210) practicing under the supervision of Ashley Wendt, M.A., LMFT (LMFT 128374). She completed her Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) in Fashion Design at Parsons The New School for Design and received her Master of Arts (M.A.) in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University, Los Angeles, with a specialization in LGBTQ2IA+ Affirmative Psychology. She has a wide breadth of clinical experience including addiction, anxiety, trauma, grief, phase of life transitions, and relational concerns and works with children, adolescents, and adult clients of all identities and backgrounds. Prior to joining PBA, Jolie received comprehensive clinical training at Beit T’Shuvah working with a variety of clients including families and couples, and facilitated groups for those in recovery from substance use disorder.

Jolie’s approach to therapy is rooted in a person-centered, psychoanalytically-informed lens. She prioritizes the client’s needs and agency, recognizing the complex intersections of our different histories, and how these inform our experience in the present. Jolie believes that therapy can act as a container for our uncomfortable thoughts and feelings to bring relief and empowerment into our lives. The creation of a safe, inclusive, and collaborative space attuned to each client's unique emotional exploration is the driving force of growth and change in Jolie's therapeutic orientation.

Jolie is committed to an anti-racist, fully inclusive and affirmative perspective to psychotherapy and approaches her work with clients with care, sensitivity and respect for their unique, diverse identities.
